The tradition in Chumphon province.
Rowing boat racing tradition. A rowing boat racing on an annual basis. This will be commemorated "Khlong Hua Wung Panung Tuk"
Will be held at the end of the year. From about September until the month before the November body parts. During which a lot of rain most of the year.
Makes quite a lot of water in the canal. Boat race makes a lot more fun.
